Over the past ten years we’ve seen Scotland’s CHVRCHES evolve from a trendy synth-pop trio into a legit larger-than-life rock band. Their latest album, 2021’s Screen Violence, sees the band at their most epic and lyrically most vulnerable. The band spoke with Troy Nelson about horror scores and working with their musical heroes before jumping into an incredible “At Home” session recorded for KEXP during a soundcheck at the Palladium in Los Angeles.

Recorded 01/24/2022.
