Dorian Concept is the moniker of Viennese-born keyboardist and producer Oliver Thomas Johnson. Well-known for his technical chops, improvisational skills, and production talents, he's been a revered electronic musician for the past decade. Tastemakers such as Gilles Peterson, Benji B, and Mary Anne Hobbs were early champions of his genre-blurring sound, he's a Red Bull Music Academy alum, and he's been invited to perform live with The Cinematic Orchestra and Flying Lotus. Following a string of releases on Ninja Tune Records, this past summer he released his third full-length album titled The Nature of Imitation which marked his debut release on Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder label.
