June 1st: Skeleten

Skeleten is the solo project of Sydney-based electronic producer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist Russell Fitzgibbon. This past February he released his excellent second album Mentalized. The album marked his debut on 2MR Records and confidently showcased his sweet, dreamy, addictive dance-pop sound that's accented with 90s-inspired trip-hop/alternative vibes, moody guitars, groovy basslines, and his hazy low-key vocals.

June 8th: Cecile Believe

Formerly operating under the alias Mozart's Sister, Los Angeles-based Canadian artist Cecile Believe has become a secret weapon with the avant-pop and hyper-pop scenes, collaborating closely with A. G. Cook and the late SOPHIE while also working with Magdalena Bay, Caroline Polachek, TR/ST, Austra, and more. Late last year she released Tender the Spark, her latest solo EP that explores her own distinctive take on adventurous synth-pop. Cecile Believe will be opening up for Oklou on select dates during Oklou's North American tour later this fall.

June 15th: Space Ghost

Space Ghost is the alias of Oakland-based DJ, electronic producer, and label runner Sudi Wachspress. He's been a beloved figure in the underground electronic community for 15 years now, consistently dropping hypnotic, funky, spacey house grooves on renowned labels such as Astro Nautico, Tartelet, Apron, and Pacific Rhythm. Last year, Space Ghost launched his own label, Peace World, and this month welcomes the fledgling imprint's second release with Majestic Fantasies, a collaborative album between Space Ghost and vocalist Teddy Bryant that draws from the duo's passion for late '80s and early '90s R&B, UK street soul, New Jack Swing, house, and G-funk.

June 22nd: Wet

Ever since emerging in 2013 with their spellbind self-titled debut EP, New York’s Wet have been crafting exquisite pop with sophisticated R&B and electronic influences. Originally a trio, Wet's evolution now finds Kelly Zutrau as its leading force, her crystalline voice and intimate storytelling defining the project's sleek yet introspective sound. This year Wet released their fourth full-length album Two Lives, a quietly powerful record inspired by Zutrau's life-altering transition into motherhood.

June 29th: Avalon Emerson

Avalon Emerson has ascended to become one of dance music’s most respected DJs and artists. Originally making a name for herself in the storied warehouse scene of her birthplace, San Francisco, before relocating to Berlin in 2013 and immersing herself in its iconic nightlife, Avalon's winding journey has been defined by constant exploration and evolution. She put her singing voice and songwriting talents into the spotlight on her stellar 2023 album Avalon Emerson & The Charm, and this year she'll be releasing her next full-length album Perpetual Emotion Machine, a high-energy collection of songs created for her DJ sets which also marks her debut for Dead Oceans Records.
