Complimentary tours of KEXP's headquarters in Seattle, Washington are offered every Tuesday and Saturday at 2:00 p.m., excluding certain holidays. Tours are 45-60 minutes long and led by our amazing team of Tour Docent Volunteers! Guests will get an inside look at a real working radio station where the broadcast is playing overhead, staff and volunteers are bustling about and a Live on KEXP session may be underway.
There is a capacity of 10 guests per tour, and walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability. Tour registration opens two months at a time: the current month and following month. Registration is required for all guests, except for babes in arms.

Frequently Asked Questions
I can no longer make it to the tour I registered for. Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, you can cancel your registration by going back to your confirmation email and clicking "View Order" and then "Cancel Order." You can also update your registration information when you click "View Order."
I have an infant who I will carry in my arms on the tour. Do I need to register my infant?
No, you do not need to register a babe in arms. If you do not register your infant, they must be held for the duration of the tour.
There are kids in my group who do not have e-mail addresses, so I am unable to assign their tickets. What should I do?
It is ok to leave tickets unassigned for children in your group who do not have e-mail addresses.
Are tours ADA accessible?
Yes, KEXP's headquarters meets ADA standards for accessibility. If you require further accomodations, please email tours@kexp.org in advance of your visit.
Do you offer the tour in different languages?
At present, tours of KEXP are offered in English.
Are there minimum age requirements to participate on a tour?
KEXP Tours are open to all ages! We trust tour guests to make the best decision for their group if they are visiting with young children, toddlers or infants.
Will I be able to meet KEXP DJs?
DJ meet and greets are not part of the tour experience. Tour guests are getting an inside look at a working environment and we ask gueests to be respectful of the space, as well as the staff and volunteers working inside.
Do you offer tours for schools or educational programs?
Yes, KEXP offers Education Tours that are focused on career exploration. See below for more details and to submit a request.
Do you offer private group or corporate tours?
At present, KEXP offers tours to the public and education groups. Private tours are not offered at this time.

KEXP offers educational tours that are focused on career exploration. We welcome schools, programs, and other groups to our headquarters on Seattle Center campus for a behind the scenes experience and to learn about the various careers that are active in KEXP's facility. Our goal is for tour groups to learn about careers in media, the music industry, and non-profit organizations, whether they are hearing about the career path for the first time or diving deeper into a special interest.
